By making your own dehydrtated foods: you can provide your family with all natural, healthy foods with no added sugars or preservatives.

The 48-hour digital controller: allows for two times and two temperatures to be set. The unit dehydrates at a range of 95 degrees Fahrenheit to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, the optimal drying temperature for herbs, fruit, meat and much more.

The dehydrator comes with: a clear polycarbonate door for easy view of drying and five plastic trays with enough room to dry a variety of foods.

After loading food onto the trays: set the dehydrator at a higher temperature for a specified period of time, then set the dehydrator at a lower temperature for a specified period of time. The unit automatically adjusts after the first setting and turns off when the second setting is complete.

Dehydrate fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat for jerky, fruit puree for fruit roll-ups, raise bread or make homemade yogurt. Excalibur’s patented Hyperwave technology and horizontal Parallex drying removes water from food with a continuous circulation of thermostatically-controlled warm air. This black dehydrator has an 8 square foot capacity and five-inch fan.
