No more stopping and using the spatula; the flexible edge on this flat beater touches the bowl and makes sure you get every last bit of mixture from the sides, as you’re mixing. Designed to fit our large bowl-lift mixers (models 5KSM7580X, 5KSM7591X, 5KSM7990X), it’s made of coated metal with a silicone side.
