Description

6 silver stainless steel strainers included. The Mongolian Marmite was designed for the preparation of Chinese fondue (with broth of meat or fish, without oil). Read this manual carefully before using this electric cooking pot for the first time.

 

BEFORE FIRST USE: 

• Wash the pot and colanders with water and common detergent. Attentive never dip the pot in water! Clean only with a soft damp cloth or a sponge.

• Check the mains voltage. It must correspond to that indicated on the plate marking of the device.

• Check the power cable and plug. Do not connect a defective cable. The case If necessary, have it replaced by the manufacturer. Keep the cable away from hot objects.

• Never turn on the device without content!

USING THE MONGOLIAN POT: 

• The Mongolian pot is used to maintain the temperature of the broth within a range of 90° to 95°C. Pour 2.5 liters of the hot broth prepared in a saucepan into the pot, put the lid on and switch the appliance on.

• After 3-4 minutes, the broth reaches the boiling temperature.

• Remove the cover.

• The temperature of the broth will stabilize at mentioned level.

• Compensate for the evaporation of part of the liquid during the meal by occasionally pouring broth into the pot. Put the lid on to carry quickly bring the broth to a boil (about 2-4 minutes)

CLEANING:

• Before cleaning, always unplug the plug.

• Let the pot cool and clean it with a damp cloth or sponge (water and dishwashing detergent). Never dip the pot in water! Do not use products abrasives to avoid scratches on the polished metal.

• Any limescale deposits can be removed by adding vinegar.

• The strainers can be put in the dishwasher.
