Description
TTM Raclette Cervin, 6-pan model with wooden pan handle. Aluminum grill plate with a non-stick coating. On / off switch.
THIS IS HOW IT’S DONE : For every raclette enthusiast, prepare 200-300 g raclette cheese (in slices of approx. 4-5 mm thick). Then any
garnishes you choose. A dry white wine or tea, for example, are suitable as a drink.
– Turn on the machine (switch to position 1) and heat up for several minutes.
– Place the cheese slices into the pans.
– Push the pans under the heat element and let the cheese melt.
– As soon as the cheese has melted, take hold of the pan on the grill, remove from the oven and scrape off the
cheese from the pan with a plastic spatula from the pan. Bon appétit!
DO YOU LLIKE TO GRILL? All grill fans are given free reign to create their grill favorites on the anti-stick grill plate. Only approx. 150 g of mixed
meat per person, e.g. a grilling skewer, bacon and finely cut slices of beef, Switzerland, veal or lamb.
