My item is defective. What should I do?

Do I get a full refund of my money for a returned item?

If you initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your item, you will be eligible for a complete refund of the item’s purchase price, excluding any delivery charges.

How long does it take the courier to pick up the items I want to return?

If I received a gift through Vresso Casa. Can I return the Gift?

If you have received a gift from Vresso and you wish to exchange it, kindly reach out to us within 2 days to request your exchange. Once the exchange is approved based on our policies, the corresponding amount will be credited to your Vresso Casa wallet. Please note the following details regarding the exchange:

• If you do not have an account on Vresso Casa, you need to create one.
• The same return policy applies as for regular purchases
• The refunded amount will be refunded to your wallet and cannot be issued as a cash refund
